The therapist will plan and coordinate clinically approved treatment programs for clients and families using evidence-based practices. Key duties include conducting biopsychosocial assessments, facilitating therapy sessions, and developing comprehensive recovery plans.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling and be licensed as an LCSW, LPC, or LAC. One to three years of experience in behavioral healthcare or substance abuse treatment is required.

We are seeking a Full-Time Inpatient Primary Therapist to join our Lighthouse team in Mays Landing, NJ. In this role, you’ll plan, direct, and coordinate clinically approved treatment programs while empowering clients and families through evidence-based, person-centered practices.

**A former patient may not be hired at the same location where they were treated until a minimum of one year has elapsed since the completion of their treatment at that location. Former patients may be considered for employment at locations within RCA other than where they were treated within a year after treatment.
