The coordinator will be responsible for supporting the clinic's Electronic Health Record systems, working with vendor support to resolve issues, and developing electronic documentation templates for providers. As a nurse, the individual will also be responsible for direct patient care delivery and collaborating with other disciplines to ensure effective care.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school with current Arkansas licensure as an LPN and possess two years of clinic nursing experience, along with demonstrated leadership and communication skills. Desirable qualifications include previous teaching experience and background in Clinic Electronic Health Record Software, along with advanced computer skills.

Two years clinic nursing experience. Demonstrated leadership abilities and good communication skills. Previous experience in teaching is desirable. Previous background in Clinic Electronic Health Record Software desirable. Advanced computer skills needed.
Demonstrates competency and knowledge to assist the physician with procedures and minor surgeries. Ability to utilize the nursing process in the provision of nursing care, including but not limited to: administering treatments and medication, collection of patient data relevant to the plan of care/problem list, collaborating with other healthcare providers, and providing education to patients and/or significant others. Previous knowledge of clinic information systems with background in clinic Electronic Health Record software desirable.

Under direct supervision of the Clinic Director, individual will be responsible for supporting the clinic Electronic Health Record systems. Will work closely with vendor support staff to resolve issues that may arise from day to day. Develop electronic documentation/templates for Providers. Provides ongoing Electronic Health Record education/retraining/support/in-services for Providers and clinical staff. As a nurse, you will be responsible for the delivery of patient care. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes. Contributes to the provision of quality nursing care through performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care.
