The RN is responsible for meeting the needs of residents by following the plan of care and observing their physical and psychosocial status. They also plan, direct, and carry out shift routines while evaluating the work of personnel on their unit.
Overview We are seeking Full and Part time RNs for our skilled nursing facility.
The RN is a key team member who is responsible to meet the needs of the resident by following the plan of care, rounding to observe resident physical and psychosocial status and reporting and responding to changes in condition as appropriate. The RN plans, directs and carries out shift routines as well as directing, observing and evaluating the work of personnel on their unit.
Current RN license to practice in the State of Minnesota. Nurses must possess a minimum of one-year experience as an RN. Possess knowledge and understanding of rehabilitation nursing concepts. Clinically competent to utilize the nursing process to perform physical and cognitive assessments of residents. Ability to meet physical demands of position including visual and auditory acuity.
