• What you’ll Do: As a skilled and compassionate RN, you will play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Using evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skills communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum. Provide nursing care for patients undergoing infusions, injections, and same-day procedures Treatment of chronic diseases (diabetes, cardiac, rheumatology) Administer IV medications, biologics, hydration therapy, and pain management injections
• Support minor procedures including: Large wound vac changes Bone marrow biopsies Thoracentesis Removal of lipomas Suture removals Joint injections Endometrial biopsies Procedures performed under MAC IV sedation Assist with

• ENT and dental inpatient cases, including: Scopes, biopsies, voice gel injections to vocal cords, trach changes, eye lasers, and nose bleeds Procedures performed under MAC IV sedation Perform diagnostic monitoring, including lab draws Deliver pre- and post-operative care for procedural patients Educate patients on medications, symptom management, and chronic conditions Collaborate with providers and specialists to ensure coordinated care
