• Type: Full TimePOSITION SUMMARY The role will include primary continuity care, urgent visits for established patients and addiction treatment with medication assisted therapy. We provide on-site physician supervision and support from primary care, gynecology, psychiatric/addictions and infectious disease specialists. You will be able to grow with a practice that has established itself as a model for outpatient infectious disease and primary care in Southeast Louisiana with a focus on uplifting the most vulnerable populations to receive the dignified and excellent care they deserve.

Full time position 5-day work week, outpatient clinic 8 hours of administrative time Practice focus on primary care, addiction treatment, PrEP, basic HIV care Federally Qualified Health Center Robust case management, pediatrics, behavioral health, addiction, health education, pharmacy, dental and gyn services available within the clinic Collaborative practice eClinicalWorks EMR, with community access to local major health systems through Epic Federal Tort Claims Act Malpractice coverage Professional/CE allowance Benefits including health, dental, life and vision. Requirements APRN Required X-Waiver Required 2-3 years of experience working as a Nurse Practitioner Experience in addiction treatment with medication assisted therapy Qualifications
