The Medical Assistant will be responsible for ordering, collecting, processing routine and specialty testing, and returning results to the doctor, along with obtaining and processing doctor's orders and performing data entry. This role also requires providing excellent customer service to patients, doctors, and medical staff while adhering to clinic and hospital policies.
Candidates should possess a high school diploma or GED, with a Certified Medical Assistant Certification being preferred, and prior Medical Assistant experience is preferred. Essential requirements include the ability to communicate effectively in English, understand medical terminology, possess general math skills, and demonstrate strong organizational, critical thinking, and customer service abilities.

QualificationsEducation/Certification: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred. Certified Medical Assistant Certification preferred.
