Certified Nursing Assistants provide individualized care to patients in their homes while following agency, state, and federal policies. They collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient support and accurate documentation.
Candidates must hold a current CNA license in the state of Idaho and possess a valid driver's license with automobile insurance. Professional CPR (BLS) certification and basic computer skills are also required for this role.

Heritage Home Health Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) work with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals in the patient’s place of residence. The CNA follows agency, state, and federal policies and procedures. The CNA will attend meetings as required. CNAs must meet the following requirements: Currently licensed/certified as a CNA in the state of Idaho A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred, but not required Demonstrate knowledge and skill in CNA practice CPR (BLS) professional certification General knowledge of computers and the ability to learn industry-specific software and documentation applications Possess a valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance
