• BluePearl Pet Hospital in Conshohocken, PA is hiring a skilled and dedicated Veterinary Technician to join our Overnight Critical Care team!
• In this role, you’ll sharpen your critical thinking and grow your skills while managing a variety of hospitalized cases.
• Play a vital role in real-time decisions and delivering life-saving care when pets need it most.
• This position is eligible for up to a $3,000 sign on bonus based on credentialing and experience.

• Pay: $22.15 - $44.00 / hour + competitive shift differentials This pay band is dependent on experience and advancement through our competency assessment tool. Candidates with VTS credentialing are eligible for compensation commensurate with experience. We also offer competitive shift differential pay for eligible hours worked for nights and weekends.

• Technician: Continuous monitoring of critical patients (vitals, ECG, blood pressure, oxygenation, neurologic status) Administering medications, CRIs, blood products, fluids, and emergency drugs Managing oxygen therapy, ventilators, feeding tubes, urinary catheters, chest tubes, and central lines Assisting with emergency procedures such as CPR, intubation, thoracocentesis, wound care, and stabilization Performing diagnostics like blood draws, lab work, imaging prep, and sample collection Pain management and patient comfort for trauma, post-op, or medically complex cases Frequent reassessment and recognizing subtle changes in condition quickly Communicating updates to veterinarians and collaborating on treatment plans Educating and updating pet owners during critical hospitalizations Maintaining detailed medical records and treatment sheets Why BluePearl?
