The Registered Nurse (RN) will initiate and implement health care plans and other nursing duties. The RN will direct the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants in accordance with current rules and regulations.

RN As within the Scope the Practice, the Registered Nurse (RN) may initiate and implement health care plan(s) and other nursing duties. The RN practice encompasses the full scope of nursing. The RN is involved in all steps of the nursing process, the role is independent and comprehensive. The RN Staff Nurse directs day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants in accordance with current rules and regulations, comply with all written policies and procedures and guidelines that govern the long-term care facility.
