The role involves delivering high-level, quality care in a Level IV perinatal center, focusing on obstetric patients while taking a holistic approach to maternal and fetal medical, emotional, and social needs. Nurses will develop clinical expertise through critical assessment, fetal monitoring, specialized training, and participation in OR cases including complex and fetal surgeries.
Candidates must possess a minimum of one year of Registered Nurse (RN) experience and hold a current Indiana state RN license, having graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program. Required qualifications include an Associate of Nursing (ASN) degree, though a Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) is preferred, along with current AHA Basic Life Support certification.
