$130,000 - $155,000 / YEAR
Conduct history and physical exams, review lab results, and prepare discharge plans. Provide medical support for adult residential programs and coordinate care with primary care physicians and psychiatrists.
Licensed Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Massachusetts is required. A minimum of two years of experience in Addiction Medicine is also necessary.

Nurse Practitioner (Addiction Medicine) – Agawam, MA
Join Pyramid Healthcare as a Nurse Practitioner (or Physician Assistant) supporting adult Substance Use Disorder treatment at our new Springfield/Agawam facility. You'll deliver client-centered medical care across residential and detox levels of care, collaborating closely with nursing, psychiatry, and primary care to help clients reclaim health and independence.

Salary: Compensation: $155,000 and up annually, (dependent on experience, certification, experience) + full benefits
