The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide essential nursing services, training, and support addressing the medical or psychiatric needs of individuals with disabilities, including monitoring health conditions and administering medications as prescribed. Responsibilities also involve conducting assessments, implementing healthcare services for Individual Service Plans, and training staff on critical procedures like infection control and medication administration.
Candidates must possess an Associate’s Degree in Nursing or a related field, or a state certificate, along with a minimum of one year of experience working with the served population in a nursing capacity. Current LPN or LVN licensure for the state of residence, a valid driver's license, car registration, and auto insurance are mandatory requirements.
