Caregivers provide a full scope of interaction with the client in their home, including assistance with activities of daily living, maintaining a safe and comfortable home environment, and keeping clients engaged with the outside world. Employees are expected to take pride in providing quality care and developing in-depth relationships with clients.
Applicants must be able to provide verification of any held certifications and must have prior experience as a caregiver in a home care setting or skilled facility. Candidates are required to pass national and multi-jurisdictional background checks, Department of Motor Vehicle checks, TB screening, and drug screening tests, and must possess a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
