The Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing care in a dynamic outpatient clinic setting, focusing on exceeding patient expectations through every interaction. Responsibilities also include team-oriented decision-making, problem-solving, and contributing to a safe and friendly clinic atmosphere.
Candidates must be graduates of a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program and hold a current state Physical Therapist license along with a current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. The role is open to both experienced candidates and recent graduates, requiring strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.

What We're Looking For… Skills and Knowledge: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong operations and leadership skills to develop team members. Superior organizational skills and ability to maximize efficiency. Advanced computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Proficiency in teaching and using EMR software. Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Education and Experience: Graduate of a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program. Open to both experienced candidates and recent graduates. Current state Physical Therapist license. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. Bilingual Spanish speaking is a plus but not required. Work Environment: Requires manual dexterity and general strength and endurance. Routine lifting (5-35 lbs), carrying (5-10 lbs), pushing (5-150 lbs), and sustained gripping (40-50 lbs).
