On this assignment you’ll deliver comprehensive nursing care for residents with long‑term, restorative, and palliative needs.

Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough assessments, evaluating pain, mobility, and cognition; administering medications and treatments safely; monitoring vitals and clinical status; updating care plans and documentation; coordinating with physicians, therapists, social workers, and families to ensure seamless transitions; and leading with evidence‑based practices to reduce hospitalizations and adverse events.
