As an LTC RN on this multi-week assignment, your primary responsibilities encompass comprehensive geriatric assessment, development and execution of individualized care plans, medication management, monitoring of chronic conditions, infection control, wound and IV therapy oversight, and rapid response to changing clinical situations. You’ll lead shifts with professionalism, supervise licensed and unlicensed staff, document carefully, and communicate clearly with residents, families, and the broader care team.
