Provide high-quality psychiatric inpatient and outpatient nursing care to adults and/or adolescents, including triage, monitoring, medication administration, and safety assessment.

Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments, document findings, and contribute to individualized care plans in collaboration with psychiatrists, social workers, therapists, and case managers.

Implement de-escalation techniques and crisis intervention as needed, using evidence-based approaches to promote patient stabilization and recovery.
