We are a privately owned, rapidly growing veterinary practice preparing to move into a brand-new, state-of-the-art hospital—and we are seeking an Associate Veterinarian with 2+ years of experience who is ready to take the next step in their clinical career.

Position Overview As an Associate Veterinarian, you will

Provide high-quality medical and surgical care Perform general surgery with growing confidence Manage a diverse caseload in a high-volume setting Build strong, long-term client relationships Collaborate closely with technicians and teammates Continue developing your clinical and communication skills Contribute ideas to improve systems and patient care

This role balances independence with strong clinical support.

Qualifications

DVM or equivalent degree Eligible for California licensure (in good standing) Ideally 2+ of clinical experience Comfortable with routine general surgery Experience in high-volume practice preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Commitment to compassionate, evidence-based medicine
