Ability to read, write, and spell and to understand and follow both written and oral directions. Ability to communicate and work well with residents and staff members in your nursing home. Ability to speak the English language in an understandable manner. Requires valid deemed nurse aide certification in the State of Illinois. Requires employee to have had no abuse convictions. Prompt and regular attendance.
