As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), the role involves providing direct care to residents, supervising nursing assistants, and accurately charting and maintaining resident documentation. The LPN will also be responsible for preparing and administering medications while fostering positive team rapport.
Candidates must possess a valid, current nursing license in Illinois and current CPR certification. A minimum of one year of experience in long-term care is required, along with a Bachelor's degree or higher.
