As a Registered Nurse (RN), the primary duties involve providing direct care to residents and supervising the activities performed by nursing assistants. The role also requires preparing and administering medications, charting, and maintaining resident documentation.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or higher, hold a valid and current nursing license in Illinois, and maintain current CPR certification. A minimum of one year of experience in long-term care is also required.
