As a registered nurse, the primary role involves providing direct care to residents specifically within the vent department. This includes supervising nursing assistants, maintaining resident documentation, preparing and administering medications, and fostering positive team relationships.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or higher and hold a valid, current nursing license in Illinois, along with current CPR certification. A minimum of one year of experience in long-term care is required for this position.

As a registered nurse (RN), you will provide direct care to residents focused in the vent department. You will supervise activities performed by nursing assistants. You will chart and maintain documentation for residents. You will prepare and administer medications. You will develop and maintain a positive working rapport with all team members.
Vent Unit Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher. A valid, current nursing license in Illinois. Current CPR certification. At least one year experience in long term care.
