The Registered Nurse Resident is responsible for delivering care by assessing, collecting, and documenting data to identify nursing diagnoses, and establishing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individual patient care and discharge plans. This role requires providing accountable nursing care based on established clinical practice standards and engaging in collaborative relationships with peers and other disciplines.
Candidates must graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree, and must obtain an RN license in the State of Florida within 90 days of hire, as no license is required initially. Essential requirements include professionalism, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, customer-service orientation, and a commitment to personal professional development.
