The role involves conducting end-to-end patient consultations, translating education into clear treatment plans and memberships, and performing injections independently from day one. Responsibilities also include supporting and growing longevity programs under protocol and driving retention through education-first practices.
Candidates must possess an active Florida NP or PA license in good standing and have hands-on, independent injection experience covering neuromodulators and fillers. Essential requirements include a consult-led practice style, strong documentation habits, and exposure to longevity prescribing/management protocols like HRT, Peptides, and Weight Loss.

Consult-led practice style with strong documentation habits; aligned to on-site Jacksonville work with Wed evening and Sat-by-appointment availability as needed. Longevity prescribing/management exposure under protocol (HRT, Peptides, and Weight Loss). Nice-To-Have Vendor familiarity (Allergan, Galderma, Crown, and/or Evolus) and comfort operating in a relaunch/build environment.
