The role involves providing clinical support within an urgent care setting, establishing effective employee relationships, and communicating effectively within a team environment. Candidates must be able to adapt to process and procedure changes and thrive in a learning environment.
Candidates must have completed an accredited Medical Assistant or LPN program and possess active or interim MA-C or LPN licensure through the Washington State Department of Health, along with maintaining BLS certification. Previous medical office or phone triage experience is considered a plus.
The full wage scale for a Medical Assistant (MA-C) is $23.48 - $34.83 per hour. The full wage scale for a Licensed Practical nurse (LPN) is $26.06 - $38.66 per hour. Placement within the wage range is determined by the candidate’s relevant experience.
Candidates are eligible to receive a sign-on bonus of $3,000 when accepting a full-time position (0.75 - 1.0 FTE) or $1,500 when accepting a part-time position (0.5 - 0.74 FTE) (Subject to payback clause).

Physical Requirements: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk, sit, use hand to finger coordination, handle or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and listen attentively. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Immunization Requirements: Employees are required to meet immunization standards in accordance with federal, state, and organizational health and safety guidelines, as applicable to the role.
