In this CCU RN role, you’ll lead patient assessment and continuous monitoring of hemodynamics, ventilator management, titration of vasoactive infusions, and interpretation of complex arterial and venous blood gas trends.

You’ll oversee critical care protocols, participate in multidisciplinary rounds, and mentor junior staff while maintaining meticulous documentation and adherence to evidence-based practices.

Your responsibilities will include rapid response to critical changes, ECG rhythm interpretation, post-operative CCU care for cardiac surgery patients, and coordination with cardiology, anesthesia, and inpatient teams to optimize care pathways.
