Provide high-quality clinical care and support to residents with complex medical needs and rehabilitation goals. Work collaboratively within a team to deliver person-centered care in a long-term care environment.
Must possess a valid Florida LPN license and current CPR certification, with IV certification preferred. Requires a Level 2 background screening and experience in skilled nursing or assisted living facilities.
As an LPN in our Long‑Term Care and Rehab building, you will play a vital role in supporting residents with complex medical needs, rehabilitation goals, and ongoing chronic care. You'll work in a collaborative, team‑focused environment where clinical excellence and person‑centered care are at the heart of everything we do. Our community is designed to provide a supportive, healing atmosphere that empowers residents to achieve their highest level of independence and well‑being.
What We're Looking For A passion for caring for elders and individuals with long‑term or rehabilitative needs A strong sense of teamwork and collaboration Experience in long‑term care, short‑term rehab, skilled nursing, assisted living, or a healthcare facility Valid Florida LPN license Current CPR certification IV certification preferred
