The Clinical Nurse is responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care, which includes assessing patient health status, planning and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, and directing care team members according to their scope of practice. This role also involves documenting all assessments, interventions, patient responses, and ensuring patient rights are upheld while adhering to hospital mission and values.
Candidates must possess an Associate's Degree in Nursing and hold a current Registered Nurse License issued by Florida or a Compact State, along with Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Additional unit-specific certifications like ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, or STABLE may be required depending on the unit.
