The Physical Therapist Assistant will deliver rehabilitative and range-of-motion services under the direction of the Coordinator of Rehab Services, while also playing a key role in equipment management, evaluations, and staff training. Responsibilities include providing skilled manual techniques, assisting with equipment weaning, coordinating clinic visits, and submitting written recommendations based on weekly observations.
Candidates must possess current New York State licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant and demonstrate strong clinical observation, documentation, and communication skills. The role requires comfort in a hands-on, physically active environment, including the ability to safely lift individuals and equipment, and a commitment to person-centered care.
