The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing direct or indirect nursing care to patients presenting with urgent, emergency, or potential health problems. This role also involves utilizing basic nursing principles and participating in the organization and management of the physician's practice.
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited LPN program and possess current state licensure; BLS/CPR certification is preferred. Essential qualifications include a high priority on patient satisfaction, strict confidentiality, strong organizational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
