The Pharmacist will manage healthcare for TFHC’s high-risk patient population through a collaborative approach between clinical and pharmacy departments. Responsibilities include ensuring safe drug use, compliance with regulations, and supervising pharmacy technicians.
Candidates must have an active pharmacy license in Florida and current BLS certification. Additional qualifications include being certified to immunize and having experience with MTM and residency preferred.

We are seeking a Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy team. This role supports a high risk and medically complex patient population through close collaboration with clinical care teams. The Pharmacist ensures the safe, effective, and cost efficient use of medications while supporting regulatory compliance, patient education, and quality improvement initiatives.
This position plays an important role in TFHC’s integrated care model and supports access to affordable medications through programs such as 340B.
