The physician will provide comprehensive outpatient primary care, including preventive services, chronic disease management, and acute visits. Additionally, they will supervise clinical staff, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and maintain accurate electronic health records.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited medical school with completed postgraduate clinical training and an active, unrestricted Florida medical license. Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, along with current DEA registration and BLS certification, is required.

We are seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join our dynamic care team. This role provides comprehensive, patient centered primary care in an outpatient setting and serves as a clinical resource for advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary care teams.
The physician practices in accordance with TFHC policies and procedures and supports the mission of a Patient Centered Medical Home, emphasizing continuity of care, access, and long term health outcomes.
