As a Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray Tech), you will perform diagnostic imaging exams and support patients physically and emotionally throughout the imaging process. You will collaborate with providers and ensure compliance with protocols while maintaining a safe imaging environment.
This position performs a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures and tasks required to ensure the assigned area(s) run smoothly and provides for the physical and psychological needs of patient during examination. As a Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray Tech), you’ll perform a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures and play a vital role in providing safe, accurate imaging services that assist with diagnosis and treatment. Your expertise, compassion, and attention to detail will ensure that patients feel informed, comfortable, and supported throughout their experience.
Perform diagnostic imaging exams following department protocols and ALARA principles.
Assess and support patients physically and emotionally before, during, and after imaging procedures.
Collaborate with providers and radiology team members to ensure accurate imaging and patient care.
Assist with exam preparation, venipuncture (as applicable), and post-procedure instructions.
Ensure timely documentation, image quality assurance, and protocol compliance.
Monitor and report any equipment issues or safety concerns to leadership.
Maintain a clean, stocked, and safe imaging environment.
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program (required).
ARRT Certification in Radiology (required).
Montana State Radiologic Technologist License (required).
Current BLS CPR certification (RQI Responder) (required)
Knowledge of radiology protocols, equipment, and patient prep techniques.
Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking skills.

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
