The Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for providing patient care, which includes managing medication administration, treatments, and patient education. Additionally, the role involves performing computer data entry and ensuring compliance with various facility and regulatory standards.
Candidates must possess a valid LVN license and have a minimum of two years of experience in the field. Employment is contingent upon passing required drug testing, fingerprinting, and completing mandated facility and HHSC training, as well as complying with immunization requirements.
Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM 3 available positions
Provide care for patients – manage medication administration and treatments; provide medication education and complete documentation. Perform computer data entry – Receive full training. Comply with facility Standard Operating Procedures to meet standards for accrediting agencies; specifically, ICF-IDD Regulations, DSSLC Policy and Directives and HHSC Standards, Rules and Directives.
Must possess valid LVN license. Must have at least 2 years of experience Must comply with HHSC immunization requirements. Must submit to HHSC required drug test. Must submit to HHSC required fingerprinting. Must complete facility and HHSC required training.
