The role involves providing direct nursing care according to organizational policies and implementing and monitoring established patient care plans. Responsibilities also include monitoring, recording, and communicating patient conditions, coordinating care across disciplines, and executing physician and nursing orders.
Minimum requirements include obtaining BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire or transfer, and holding a Registered Nurse credential from the Tennessee Board of Nursing prior to hire or transfer. Education requires a Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at the time of hire.

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
