• What You’ll Be Doing (High Level)
• Providing skilled, one-on-one nursing care in patients’ homes
• Educating and supporting patients and caregivers
• Managing medications, symptoms, and complex clinical needs
• Collaborating closely with physicians and care teams
• Supervising LPNs and CNAs as appropriate

Pay & Benefits That Support You: $50–$55/hour (DOE)
