This role involves providing direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities according to service plans, which includes assisting with socialization, health maintenance, medication administration, and skill/behavioral development. Key duties also encompass aiding with daily activities such as personal care, housekeeping, transportation, community integration, and preparing meals.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license held for at least one year post-permit, along with a clean Motor Vehicle Report meeting insurability policy standards. Experience working with individuals displaying high behaviors is required, and a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
