The Registered Nurse will perform rapid patient assessments, triage, continuous monitoring, IV starts, medication administration, and EKG interpretation while collaborating with physicians and other teams to coordinate care and discharge planning. Role specifics and benefits

In the ER RN role you’ll perform rapid patient assessments, triage, continuous monitoring, IV starts, medication administration, EKG interpretation, and collaboration with physicians, respiratory therapists, and case management teams to coordinate care and discharge planning. You’ll lead patient safety initiatives, participate in code responses, and act as a resource for newer staff, sharing best practices and clinical judgment.
