Role specifics and benefits

• Core responsibilities: Under PT supervision, implement treatment plans, guide therapeutic exercises, assist with modalities and assistive devices, participate in initial and ongoing patient assessments, document progress accurately, ensure patient safety and infection control, and provide thorough patient and family education for home exercise programs. Maintain treatment area organization and equipment readiness, and actively collaborate with the supervising therapist to refine care plans based on patient response.
