• What You’ll Do
• Deliver hands-on, personalized therapy interventions that help residents regain mobility and independence
• Partner closely with Physical Therapists to implement and adjust care plans
• Teach residents safe movement, exercises, and use of assistive devices
• Track progress and celebrate milestones—big and small
• Document care accurately and efficiently using electronic health records
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care

• What You Bring
• Active Virginia PTA license (or compact state equivalent)
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• Experience in rehab, skilled nursing, or long-term care (preferred, not required)
• A team-first mindset and strong communication skills
• A genuine passion for helping older adults thrive
