• Eliot is seeking empathetic Stabilization Specialists - Fee for Service to join our Community Crisis Stabilization program.
• Eliot's Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS) is a twenty four hour program designed to stabilize and support adults in psychiatric distress.
• This program is designed as an alternative to hospitalization providing short term overnight crisis care.
• CBHC Programs serve as a single entry point for mental health and substance use services for youth, families and adults, children and Using creative problem-solving skills, you will work towards overcoming traditional barriers in the behavioral health system alongside our talented staff.
• This role will focus on housing navigation, recovery coaching, case management, peer support and other specialized stabilization services.

Responsibilities

• Provide crisis support and stabilization services to clients
• Deliver interventions to individuals and families focused on problem-solving, skills training, behavior modeling, optimism, and encouragement
• Tailor interventions based on client preferences, needs, and the clinical direction of the care team
