Support the daily operations of a group home for adults with developmental disabilities and brain injuries. Implement Individual Support Plans and promote community integration while ensuring a safe environment.
Requires a high school diploma and experience working with intellectually disabled or brain-injured adults. Must possess a valid Massachusetts driver's license and a personally owned vehicle.
Support daily operations of a group home serving individuals with developmental disabilities and brain injuries. Promote community integration by supporting access to resources, fostering relationships, and reducing stigma. Ensure a safe, supportive environment and implement crisis interventions when needed. Assist in the implementation of Individual Support Plans and maintain accurate, timely documentation.
