Practice for this role

About the role

The CT Technologist will perform accurate scout imaging, optimize protocols, safely execute contrast procedures, and collaborate with radiologists to produce diagnostic-quality images. Responsibilities also include documenting procedures, participating in daily quality control, and maintaining meticulous patient records.

Step into a meaningful travel role as a CT Technologist in Radiology, where your skill and care translate into faster, more accurate diagnoses and calmer patient experiences.

Starting 03/30/2026, this multi-week assignment offers a robust schedule with 40 guaranteed hours each week and a competitive weekly pay range of $2,787 to $2,950.

You’ll operate high-performance CT scanners, scout and position patients, manage contrast safely, and collaborate with radiologists to produce diagnostic-quality images that influence treatment decisions.

This opportunity is more than a job; it’s a chance to expand your clinical toolkit, refine your workflow, and grow within the CT subspecialty.

Beyond the work, you’ll discover the beauty and variety of New York, starting with Oswego—a lakeside community where the St.

Lawrence Seaway meets the harbor.

Stroll along the Oswego River, explore the Fort Ontario historic site, or enjoy a sunset at the marina.

And if you crave broader horizons, our program also offers assignments across the United States, letting you experience new cities, patient populations, and imaging platforms while maintaining your core commitment to excellent patient care.

Location benefits

Oswego delivers a friendly, affordable living environment with easy access to outdoor recreation, seasonal festivals, and a welcoming clinical community. The region offers waterfront living, vibrant local dining, and proximity to Syracuse and the Finger Lakes for weekend adventures. The broader travel program adds the benefit of variety—across hospitals, clinics, and imaging equipment—so you can broaden your technical proficiency and connect with a wide network of peers. Whether you settle into Oswego’s harbor-side charm or rotate to other U.S. sites, you’ll gain valuable hands-on experience with different patient needs, scheduling dynamics, and team cultures—experiences that sharpen your expertise and expand your resume.

Role specifics and benefits

  • In this CT Tech role, you’ll perform accurate scout imaging, optimize protocols, execute contrast procedures with patient safety as the priority, and ensure image quality meets radiologist standards. You’ll document procedures, participate in daily quality control, and maintain meticulous patient records.
  • The position offers clear pathways for professional growth: postgraduate contrast technique refinement, dose optimization, advanced CT reconstructions, and exposure to modern software and workflows. Competitive benefits include the stated weekly pay, a potential sign-on bonus, and housing assistance to ease transitions. You’ll also have extension opportunities to stay longer in a site you enjoy or rotate to new locations as your career evolves. A guaranteed 40 hours per week provides dependable income while you’re on assignment.

Support and culture

You won’t travel alone. Our company provides 24/7 travel support, a dedicated clinical liaison, onboarding and continuous education resources, and rapid assistance for any travel, credentialing, or site-specific questions. We handle logistics so you can focus on imaging care. Our mission centers on ensuring you feel supported, respected, and empowered to deliver the best patient outcomes every day.

Company values

We’re committed to empowering radiology professionals, investing in ongoing development, and cultivating a collaborative, inclusive environment where your ideas and contributions matter. This is a place to advance your career—whether you aim to master CT techniques, lead cross-site projects, or build a diverse clinical portfolio—while enjoying a workplace that prioritizes well-being and professional growth.

Take the next step

If you’re ready to apply your CT expertise, see new places, and join a team that values your skills and dedication, apply now. This is your chance to make a tangible impact on patient care while enjoying the benefits of a dynamic travel assignment in the radiology field.
