The role requires a Licensed Practical Nurse to deliver compassionate patient care in a short-term travel assignment in Auburn, New York, starting on March 16, 2026. Duties span acute care needs, patient education, post-operative recovery, and collaboration with RNs and physicians to implement care plans.
As a Med Surg LPN, your responsibilities will include accurate vital signs monitoring, prudent medication administration, wound care and dressing management, IV therapy assistance, catheter and urinary care, mobility support, fall prevention, and extensive patient education for discharge planning. You’ll assist with pre‑op and post‑operative care coordination, comfort measures, and timely escalation when clinical changes occur.
