This includes implementing relationship-based care, demonstrating technical skills for safe outcomes, and optimizing patient care through clear communication and collaboration.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or Master's in Nursing (MN) and maintain an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio and/or a Multi-State Compact License upon hire. Proficiency in the nursing process, technical equipment use, and adherence to PHI security standards are required.
