The LPN is responsible for providing direct, individualized, goal-directed, and effective patient care under the supervision of the RN, administering medications, and reporting patient symptoms. For Employee Health, duties include conducting new hire and annual health screenings under RN supervision.
Candidates must possess a High School diploma or equivalent, along with a required active LPN license and BLS certification, with potential for additional certifications based on the department. Essential abilities include strong communication, problem-solving, organizational skills, and the capacity to work effectively both independently and within a team.
