As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy and improve patient outcomes. You will also engage in direct patient interactions and contribute to department projects.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy and an active pharmacist license in Ohio. Additionally, 1-2 years of experience as a pharmacist is preferred, particularly in inpatient or infusion pharmacy settings.
As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy and improve patient outcomes. You’ll provide expertise in drug therapy management, medication reconciliation, and patient education, ensuring our patients receive the highest standard of care. In this role, you will: Ensure the appropriateness of all elements of pharmaceutical care while adhering to policies and procedures. Supervise supportive team members to maintain accuracy and efficiency in distributive services. Serve as a drug information resource for TriHealth providers. Engage in direct patient interactions, precept pharmacy residents and student pharmacists, and contribute to department projects in collaboration with Pharmacy Leadership.
