The Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive patient care by utilizing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This role involves coordinating nursing care for assigned patients while adhering to established standards and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited school of nursing and hold a current Minnesota RN license along with an American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card. Additional certifications like ACLS, TNCC or CALS, and Electronic Fetal Monitoring must be obtained within 12 months of employment or orientation.

Relocation assistance also requires that you currently live more than 50 miles from the Paynesville Hospital and move within 30 miles of it within 120 days of employment.
