Behavioral Health Technician / Recovery Support Specialist – Weekends

In this role, you will support adult clients receiving detox and residential behavioral health treatment for SUD and co-occurring disorders. You will help maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment while ensuring continuity of care throughout weekend shifts.

• Key responsibilities
• Support admissions and orientation for adult residential detox clients
• Conduct routine safety and wellness checks within a behavioral health residential setting
• Monitor client behavior and document observations in shift logs/EMR
• Provide supportive engagement to individuals experiencing SUD withdrawal and co-occurring disorders
• Respond to crises or medical concerns in collaboration with nursing and clinical staff
• Assist with medication line under appropriate supervision
• Maintain structured schedules and treatment expectations
• Support recovery programming and therapeutic milieu management
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Preferred: High school diploma or GED
• Preferred: Experience in behavioral health, residential treatment, detox, SUD treatment, or recovery support

Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
