Are you a Registered Nurse specializing in the OR who thrives in fast-paced, life-changing settings? This is your invitation to join a dynamic travel assignment in Keene, New Hampshire, beginning April 6, 2026. This multi-week opportunity guarantees 40 hours per week and offers a competitive weekly pay range of $2,374 to $2,461. As you bring precision, teamwork, and compassionate care to the operating room, you’ll help patients move safely from pre-op to recovery, while advancing your clinical skills in diverse surgical cases.

Role specifics

In the OR you’ll scrub and circulate, prepare equipment, manage instrument counts, and maintain sterile technique while collaborating closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the perioperative team. You’ll support patients through induction and emergence, monitor vitals, assist with positioning and draping, and ensure smooth room turnover between cases. The assignment offers exposure to diverse procedure types—orthopedics, general, neuro, and more—allowing you to refine your skills, earn specialty credentials, and demonstrate versatility in perioperative care. Our teams emphasize patient safety, evidence-based practice, and meticulous documentation to drive outcomes. Supported by a structured onboarding, you’ll quickly integrate into a culture of learning, mentoring, and continuous improvement. In addition to the clinical experience, you’ll have clearly defined opportunities for contract extensions, enabling you to deepen your impact with trusted facilities and leadership in your field.

Benefits

We offer competitive compensation with a guaranteed 40 hours per week and a weekly pay range of $2,374-$2,461, reflecting your expertise and scope. You’ll receive a sign-on or completion bonus where eligible, and comprehensive housing assistance to secure comfortable, convenient accommodations near your assignment. We also provide extension opportunities, so you can plan longer-term professional milestones if you wish to stay with a partner facility or explore new locations across the U.S. The package includes robust health and retirement benefits, paid time off, and continuing education allowances to support your certification goals. A dedicated support team is available 24/7 while you’re traveling with the company, plus 24/7 access to clinical and recruitment support to troubleshoot any issue you encounter on site or en route.
